Our matcha comes from Uji, Japan — a region that has been the heart of Japanese tea culture for over 800 years. Surrounded by misty hills and fertile soil, Uji is known worldwide for producing some of the most refined and respected matcha.

We work directly with trusted partners in Japan who continue centuries-old cultivation traditions. The tea leaves are carefully shaded before harvest, hand-selected at peak quality, and slowly stone-ground into a vibrant green powder to preserve their delicate flavor and natural nutrients.
