Early Bees Coffee was co‑founded by Celal and Tarik, two people with different backgrounds but a shared passion for quality, nature and creating meaningful coffee experiences. Celal grew up in a family with a long beekeeping tradition, which shaped his understanding of honey and the importance of protecting ecosystems. Together, they built Early Bees around a simple idea: great coffee starts with nature and the people who care for it.

At Early Bees, honey isn’t an add‑on. It runs through our menu and our sourcing approach. We work closely with beekeepers and maintain a clear line between origin and cup.

We serve speciality coffee sourced from Colombia, Japanese ceremonial‑grade matcha, and a full espresso menu including lattes, flat whites and cappuccinos in London, alongside honey‑based drinks, pastries and sandwiches. Every drink is made by trained baristas who care about quality and flavour, the kind of attention that defines great coffee in London.

Since launching in 2025, we’ve opened London coffee shops in Holborn, Old Street and Bank, creating spaces where people can pause, recharge and enjoy high‑quality drinks inspired by nature.
